Shipping Problems:
If the watch is in damaged condition when you received it in an international case, or is not received at all, we will start and finalized an insurance claim before customer compensation or goods exchange is implemented by Perfect Watchs.uk.net. If you receive a damaged goods, please contact us within 10 days to exchange or refund. If you have not received package from us, please email us and we will check for that and give you a satisfied answer.
To avoid your watch being broken, please handle it with care. Well screw the winding button of the watch. Keep your watch from water.
If the product you pick is out of stock, you can chose other timepiece supplied with same price in our store. If the price is higher than your original order, please add the money for your adjustment. If the price is lower than the former watch, we will refund it.
If the package was lost in transit, it is required to wait for thirty days for we are trying to track the location of the goods. If we can not get the package within mentioned time, we will refund it.
